Services Offered

Our standard maintenance service includes mowing, trimming, and careful clean up.

We offer one time fertilization or scheduled fertilization.  We use a quality granular product that ensures safety to you, your family and neighbors.

Aeration:  Aeration is either simply punching holes in the lawn or pulling plugs out of the lawn every 6 inches or so. Pulling plugs is called Core Aeration and this is what we recommend. The cores will disappear in 1-2 weeks. We recommend this procedure over just punching holes.

Mow Time recommends Core Aeration every 2-3 years.

Thatch is a build up of debris and clippings from mowing .This begins choking the grass. We recommend that you dethatch every 2-3 years.  We have found from experience that aeration serves the same purpose and offers much more than dethatching alone.  We can explain this to you better on the phone or in person.

Other optional services include the working / cleaning of flower beds, the trimming / shaping of hedges and shrubs.  The cost is separate initially but once they are worked they will be included in the weekly maintenance at no extra charge.  Limitations Apply - please call or email us for details about your specific situation.
