Our standard maintenance service includes mowing, trimming, and careful clean up.

We offer one time fertilization or scheduled fertilization.  We use a quality granular product that ensures safety to you, your family and neighbors.

Core aeration is the process of punching holes in the lawn or pulling plugs out of the lawn every 6 inches, depending on the machine being used.  At Mow Time, we offer a brand new way of aeration.  Instead of core aeration we use a thorough process using "Aerify Liquid Aerator ."

Aerify Liquid Aerator is a liquid we mix with Nature's Soil Activator to spray on the lawn.  It is much better than messy and spotty core aeration.  Aerify Liquid Aerator saturates 100% of the surface and penetrates far deeper into the soil.  Not only does it do a superior job but over time it may eliminate the need for de-thatching.

We spray this under low pressure when the winds are calm, however, it is totally safe to humans, pets and other plants.  Completely organic!

Thatch is a build up of debris and clippings from mowing. In time, this begins choking the grass.  We recommend that you de-thatch your lawn every 2 or 3 years.  If your lawn really needs de-thatching, we can do it with mechanical core aeration.  Aerify Liquid Aerator can help this process.

We recommend spraying Aerify Liquid Aerator a couple times a season.  Within two seasons the thatch should be gone and never return if you keep aerifying.

Other optional services include the working / cleaning of flower beds, the trimming / shaping of hedges and shrubs.  The cost is separate initially but once they are worked they will be included in the weekly maintenance at no extra charge.

We will repair bare spots by overseeding unless it's obviously being caused by insects, disease, fungus, pet urine, or traffic.  The need for some type of application program may be required.
